If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.

Usage and device information

We may automatically collect limited technical information, such as browser type, device type, and general usage patterns within the App, to help us maintain and improve the Service.

Location information

If you enable the weather widget, we request your device's approximate location (with your explicit browser permission) solely to show local weather and reverse-geocode it to a city name. This is not stored on our servers beyond what's needed to display the current weather, and you can deny or revoke this permission at any time through your browser settings.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

To provide the App's features, certain information is shared with the following service providers, each acting under their own privacy and security practices:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database storage (Firestore), and file storage (photos, voice recordings) for all your data within the App.
• Anthropic — if you use the AI Coach, the text of your messages (and relevant context, such as your Wheel of Life scores, so the AI Coach can give relevant guidance) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response. Voice messages are transcribed locally in your browser before being sent as text; the audio recording itself, if saved, is stored in our own Firebase Storage, not sent to Anthropic.
• Stripe — if you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment information is processed directly by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your subscription status, not your card details.
• Open-Meteo and BigDataCloud — if you use the weather widget, your device's coordinates are sent to these services to retrieve current weather and a city name.
• Open Food Facts — if you scan a barcode or search for food items, the barcode or search term is sent to this public food database to retrieve nutrition information.
• PostHog — we use PostHog for basic product analytics: which pages are visited, general feature usage (e.g., that a message was sent to the AI Coach), and account milestones (signup, subscription started). This is identified only by your account ID, never your name or email, and never includes the actual content of anything you write, log, or say — no journal text, cycle data, mood notes, financial figures, or AI Coach messages are ever sent to this service.

We do not otherwise sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud), protected by security rules that restrict access so that only you can read or write your own data — no other user of the App can see your entries, and access requires a verified, authenticated session. Data is encrypted in transit. While we take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights and Choices

• Access and correction — you can view and edit almost all of your data directly within the App at any time.
• Deletion — you can permanently delete your entire account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. This immediately and permanently removes your profile, all your entries across every feature, your uploaded photos and voice recordings, and cancels any active subscription. This action cannot be undone.
• Export — you can export a copy of your data at any time from Settings → Your Data, and re-import it if needed.
• Location permission — you can deny or revoke location access at any time through your browser settings; the weather widget will simply not display local weather.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or a jurisdiction with similar data protection laws, you may have additional rights under GDPR or equivalent legislation, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Children's Privacy
